User Responsibilities
By using our website or booking our transportation services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding yourself and your shipment.
- Ensure that shipment details, including weight, dimensions, value, pickup address, and delivery address, are correct.
- Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transportation unless packaging services have been specifically requested.
- Ensure that the shipment complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not transport prohibited, hazardous, illegal, or restricted goods without prior written approval.
- Cooperate with Mega Transport during pickup, transit, and delivery.
- Be available or authorize a representative at the pickup and delivery locations.
Payment Terms
- Customers shall make payments according to the quotation or agreed commercial terms.
- Online payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners.
- Freight charges, taxes, and any additional applicable charges shall be paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Mega Transport reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel services in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
- All payments made through the website are subject to successful transaction authorization.
Delivery & Transit
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on road conditions, weather, government restrictions, vehicle availability, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Mega Transport shall make every reasonable effort to deliver shipments within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment at the destination.
- Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control may occur.
Shipment Acceptance
Mega Transport reserves the right to refuse any shipment that:
- Contains prohibited or illegal items.
- Is improperly packed or unsafe for transportation.
- Does not comply with government regulations.
- Contains inaccurate or misleading shipment information.
- May endanger personnel, vehicles, or other shipments.
Prohibited Goods
Customers shall not book or transport:

- Any goods prohibited under Indian law
Mega Transport reserves the right to inspect shipments where permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking cancellations before vehicle dispatch may be accepted subject to applicable cancellation charges.
- Once the shipment has been picked up or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
